Employability Enhancement and Entrepreneurship Exposure (E2-E2) Program

Summary

E2-E2 is a 150 hour program on Employability and Entrepreneurship by eMBArkers for Management Students. An eight month program is spread over three modules focusing on Business Exposure, Start up Readiness and Corporate Readiness. The program being free of cost encourages participants to earn while learning. Top 100 performers are rewarded with Advanced Learning Program at IIM – Trichy with no additional cost.

AIM AND OBJECTIVE OF E2 – E2

E2-E2 is a 150 hour program by eMBARkers with the aim of enhancing employability & providing exposure to entrepreneurship. eMBArkers is a management education firm founded by alumni of IIMs with lot of rich, relevant & diversified experience which is mentored by successful academic leaders, who have turned around regional B. Schools (TAPMI) and obtained AACSB accreditation in India ahead of IIMs and second only to ISB. eMBArkers are experienced in skill training, online education leveraging technology and hands on academic leadership.These skills finds them in a best position to be partnered with AICTE in the initiative of revamping management education domain under their affiliation . The initiative being proposed is very innovative, completely free & self-sustainable to create a launch pad for AICTE Management program students.

E2-E2 adressess the key problem areas of enhancing employability , real life exposure and skill building. The program focuses on Real Business Exposure, Entrepreneurship / Start up readiness and Corporate Readiness by enhancing Employability. The outcome of the program is Re-Inforcement and linking all the concepts, Interview preparedness, Reinforce core Business concepts and Link key Management Frameworks.The E2-E2 students are guided by Alumini’s of IIM to engage with renowned Industry Experts and to be a CEO of their own company.E2-E2 provides core concept for Professional Development, Hands on Real Life Business Management Experience through Franchise Management. Corporate Readiness Support to ensure seamless and better Employability.
