Dr. Samir Kagalkar
PhD from IIM, Bangalore
An alumnus of IIMB’s prestigious doctoral program specializing in Corporate Strategy & Policy, Dr. Samir Kagalkar believes in Triple Strength Leadership Model - that leaders need to be conversant with three key sectors of our economy – Business, Society & Government. His two decades of experience spans across all three domains Academically, he has gained a BA in Economics from National College Basavanagudi, Bengaluru and an MA in Economics from the prestigious Gokhale Institute of Politics & Economics, Pune, followed by a PhD from IIMB (Corporate strategy & Policy) He has served in the Modi Govt (2016-2018) as Additional PS to Union Minister for Chemicals & Fertilizers implementing the best practices of the corporate world in the Government sector. His other past engagements include- 1. Heading Corporate Affairs at Ola - an Unicorn 2. Director of MIT SOG, mentored by TN Seshan with the aim of providing leadership to future political leaders 3. Chief Academic officer at Avagmah, an investee firm of Infosys’ founder, Kris Gopalakrishnan. 4. Dean of Acharya School of Management.
Prof. Kanti Kumar Gali
PhD from IIM, Bangalore
Prof. Kanti Kumar Gali is a Fellow of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and has over 30 years of experience spanning Academica & Entrepreneurship. He played sterling roles with several start-ups as a Venture Capitalist and was key in setting up operations, engineering strategies, executing business plans & funding. He has hands on experience with the Capital and Manufacturing segments & his passion is to mentor young talent & transform them into Industry leaders. As an Academician, he was engaged with leading B schools and was responsible for the Post Graduate programs specializing in ‘Management and Entrepreneurship’.
Mr. Chalasani Srinivasa Rao
PhD from IIM, Bangalore & XLRI Jamshedpur
Mr. Chalasani Srinivasa Rao has extensive experience in the coaching and mentoring space and has successfully shaped careers of several management students. He is an alumnus of prestigious institutions like NIT Warangal, XLRI Jamshedpur & IIM Bangalore. A subject matter expert in the field of Macroeconomic & Industry Analyst and Stock Market Investor. He is associated with the Test Training Sector for the last 23 years as Faculty, Content Creator and Program Administrator.
